Residential Roofing - Elwood

Project Managed by Alice Barbieri, acting on behalf of owners corporation, liaising with Roofline Roof Restoration.

This project involved 200 linear meters of triple storey scaffolding,  temporary shut down of adjoining power lines, installation of 190 LM of high flow, half round guttering, rainheads and larger Colorbond downpipes; jetting and clearing of storm drains, vacuuming of 739 SM of ceiling cavity and installation of new R5 earth wool ceiling bats, new Colorbond Valleys; minor electrical works, replacement of existing tiled roof approx. 926SQM with new Monier Marseille, Aurora terracotta tiles, including heavy duty Sisalation foil and Colorbond Wirlee Birds.
