Alice Barbieri, Director and Head Project Manager of Papaya Projects has over 10 years experience managing complex construction projects across many different live environments including residential, commercial, university, not-for-profit, childcare and retail.

Alice's personal experience heading up the Owners Committee within her own home apartment complex for 5 years has given her unique insight and understanding into what is required when managing capital works projects within a Body Corporate environment.

She understands the delicate balance required to manage a diverse range of personalities who each have a financial stake in the property in question. Managing projects where 25, 50 or even 300 people live is complex and requires a compassionate and professional approach.
