Uniting Vic Tas - Preston

Project designed and managed by Alice Barbieri, Head of Capital Works Division, on behalf of Uniting Vic Tas.

Designed in consultation with staff and program directors. This site required specialty design guidelines based on this NFP group’s community services including AOD support and specialty family counselling services. 

This site was in deep disrepair and neglect, requiring full demolition and refurbishment with a budget of approx $3m.
